• Item(s) will be well packaged & marked FRAGILE
• Item(s) will be shipped in original jewel case and factory sealed wrap. We will not remove jewel cases for shipping purposes.
• Items(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving successful payment.
• Shipping days do not include Canadian Holidays.
• Many Countries impose their own Customs, Duties, Taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign Country. We are not responsible  for your Country's imposed  taxes, and any other charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Due to Copyright infringements, refunds are not available.
• We can replace within 30 days of sale any items that have manufacturing defects, and only after the original item is returned and inspected.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have proper operating equipment for CD's and/or DVD's.
• Due to possible tampering, claimed manufacturing defects will be inspected and approved / disapproved by  Red Lightning Records .
• Approved replacement items will be shipped back to buyer free of charge, using the original shipping method.
• Disapproved items will be sent back using most cost effective method possible.
